Have Wine, Will Travel.

Atomic Productions was hired to produce a promotional video for a winery in Chile. We figured we’d take advantage of the opportunity and shoot a pilot episode of a wine-based travel show that we’d been talking about for a while. Our team included a famous sommelier and a talented producer. We spent two weeks trekking through parts of Chile and Argentina, capturing entertaining and interesting stories.We interviewed Nicolás Catena, one of the first to introduce European winemaking techniques to Argentina, and to pioneer vine growing in high altitudes. We shot for 11 straight days in places like Chile’s Casablanca Valley and Argentina’s Mendoza wine growing region. We produced some gorgeous imagery, but we could not find a partner to produce additional programs.
